Beachcombers Bed and Breakfast, run by Claudette and Marius Koen, is a characterful, beach cottage accommodation situated in the tranquil town of Agulhas at the southernmost tip of Africa. Flanked by the Atlantic Ocean to the west and the Indian Ocean to the east, makes this the official place where the two Oceans meet and boasts rich marine, bird as well as botanical life.

Beachcombers is conveniently situated on the main road into the village of Agulhas and within walking distance of nature reserves, hiking trails, the light house, shops and restaurants. Although they do not boast sea views are only a two minute walk from the beach and tidal pool.

At Beachcombers you will find a comfortable, communal lounge area ideal for relaxing or playing a game of cards. There is free Wi-Fi throughout and an outdoor patio area for guests to sit and be entertained by the abundant bird-life attracted by the fish pond.  

There is secure parking available on site.
At Beachcombers you can enjoy a unique personal touch and attention to detail. Guests are greeted by the owners and breakfast is lovingly prepared by Claudette, try her signature frittata! The owners are always available and believe guests should be made to feel as if they are at home.
The Cape Agulhas region offers a veritable paradise of nature in all her glory, which will delight even the most discerning tourist, botanist, hiker, photographer, historian, bird watcher or angler. From the infinite yellow fields of Canola in the Spring, Proteas in bloom in Winter to endless dunes and beaches, your senses will most certainly come alive with fragrances of fynbos which merges with mountain and sea air.
